- Business: search providers, services, variants, locations and bookable staff; check availability, read your bookings and prepare a booking, reschedule or cancellation.
- Gifts: search by the preferences and budget you provide, compare merchant offers and get a purchase link. Checkout happens at the merchant.
- Discover: search places, events and experiences, read public details and check departures and ticket availability. Searches do not reserve capacity or take payment.
Booking changes require your confirmation on Tripelfy. Appointments requiring provider approval remain pending until accepted.
For an existing connection, refresh the app tools in ChatGPT settings, or reconnect Tripelfy if the new tools are missing. Public catalogs require no account permission; personal bookings require your authorization.
Additional features require explicit new permissions: scheduled group classes and bookings, waitlists and accepting offered appointments, your issued passes with pause/resume and renewal requests, restaurant reservations, private Discover saved items and itineraries, and your orders and ticket status. Eligible passes can be used for group bookings. The provider issues passes and approves renewal requests.
Free tickets are issued from available inventory after confirmation. Open your private QR codes on the protected Tripelfy confirmation page. Paid programs currently support saving an onsite purchase interest only: this is not a ticket, reservation or payment. Online card payment is a separate next step.
Existing connections do not gain new permissions automatically. Refresh the tools and explicitly authorize the new Business, Discover or ticket access. Changes still require your confirmation on Tripelfy.
