Website audience measurement
Tripelfy’s own audience measurement starts only after you consent in cookie settings. Refusing does not restrict use of the website.
What is measured?
Page views and visits, the service category and page language. We do not send search terms, full URLs, URL parameters, messages, names, email addresses or account identifiers to the measurement database. Superadmin displays aggregated reports only. We do not count unique people.
Browser storage
The first-party tripelfy_cookie_consent cookie stores your choice for up to 180 days: v2.analytics or v2.necessary. An earlier necessary choice keeps measurement off. Only after consent, tripelfy.web.measurement.v1 in sessionStorage stores a random session identifier and last measurement time. After 30 minutes of inactivity the next measurement replaces it; closing the tab clears sessionStorage. There is no advertising cookie or device fingerprint.
Server data and retention
The server handles a daily hash of the identifier, last measurement time, session expiry and service categories. Sessions become invalid after 30 minutes and their records are marked for automatic deletion. Daily aggregates are marked for deletion after 400 days. Google Firestore TTL deletion may be delayed; this does not extend session validity. Hosting and abuse protection may process network IP addresses, but we do not store them in our own measurement records.
Controller and legal basis
The controller is Kovács Balázs, operator of Tripelfy; contact: hello@tripelfy.com. Processing is based on your consent. This is Tripelfy’s own aggregation on Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure, not Google Analytics or advertising profiling. Requests use App Check / reCAPTCHA protection without linking your signed-in account to statistics. See the general privacy and cookie notices for Google’s technical processing.
Withdrawal and rights
You can turn off analytics anytime in Cookie settings in the footer. New measurement requests stop and the local measurement session is removed. Previously sent aggregates are not deleted automatically. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals prevent measurement. Privacy requests: hello@tripelfy.com. Account deletion, mobile app analytics and website measurement consent are separate processes.
