Where do I sign in?+
Use Sign in at the top of every page to reach the existing Business sign-in. Account creation and password recovery are available there too.
Do clients need an Evently account?+
Visitors can view the published service catalogue without signing in. Current web booking requires an existing, verified Evently account. New guest accounts are created in the app.
Are online payments and invoicing included?+
We do not currently present these as completed Business features. Pass records and booking values do not automatically collect payments or issue invoices.
What do the amounts in reports mean?+
They represent booking values calculated from appointment prices. They are not confirmed cash receipts or accounting statements.
Are all app features available in the downloaded app?+
Availability depends on the released app version. We can discuss the workflow you need before you get started.
