Tripelfy: service and privacy information

Version: 2026-10-11.common-3

These common rules cover the Tripelfy websites and the Tripelfy, Social, Business and Shop features you use. Availability depends on your app version and the selected service. Publishing a notice does not activate a feature, subscription, payment or optional data collection.

1. Operator and contact

The operator is Kovács Balázs (Balázs Kovács), a private individual: 8360 Keszthely, Rákóczi tér 14., Hungary; hello@tripelfy.com. Tripelfy is a brand name. A Business provider or Shop merchant may be a separate person or business. Their identity and applicable conditions must be checked for the selected offer.

Tripelfy currently charges no platform fee or commission for its services. This does not make a partner’s products or services free. Any future Tripelfy fee or commission will require advance information about the price and applicable terms; accepting the current notice does not authorise a future charge.

2. Minimum age and account

You must be at least 16 to use Tripelfy applications and account-based services; parental permission does not allow use below 16. Provide accurate account information and protect your sign-in credentials. Users aged 16–17 need their legal representative’s permission where applicable law requires it, particularly for commitments involving payment. The minimum age does not confer full contractual capacity.

To record your choice, the document version, language, time and confirmations are stored on your device or in browser session storage. When a Business account is activated, these details are also recorded with the account and a server timestamp. This record is separate from optional analytics permission.

3. Tripelfy, device permissions and iCloud

Personal records, calendars, contacts, reminders and images may be stored locally and, when enabled, through Apple synchronisation. These stores are separate from server-side Social accounts. Importing contacts into Tripelfy does not itself authorise publishing them to Social. Manage contacts, photos, location and notification permissions in your device settings. These permissions are not general consent to analytics or marketing. Calendar and journal features are organisational tools; check important information and do not use them as medical advice.

4. Profiles, posts and messages

Account features process sign-in details, identifiers, profile fields, connections, posts, images, events, messages and visibility settings to provide the functions you request. Check the audience before sharing. Conversation participants can see messages sent to them; recipients may retain their own copies. Server-side messaging must not be understood as a promise of end-to-end encryption. Presence and typing indicators depend on the available settings and permissions. Share only content you are entitled to use; you retain your rights in your content.

5. Appointments and service providers

Before sending a booking, check the provider, service, total price, place, time, approval status and cancellation conditions. A pending request is not a confirmed appointment. The described booking flow does not collect online payment; the service may still have a price payable to the provider. Booking data, answers and business messages are processed to organise the service and made available to authorised provider staff. The booking may retain the conditions applicable when it was submitted. Also read the provider’s privacy notice. Do not enter unnecessary health or other sensitive information.

6. Shop, prices and external stores

Shop searches and compares offers; purchases take place at the partner store. The merchant’s current price, stock, currency, delivery and purchase conditions apply there. Shipping is included only when expressly indicated; missing delivery information does not mean free delivery. Currency conversions are indicative. Saving an item or setting a price alert does not reserve it. Gift lists and price watches can store product identifiers, notes, target prices, currencies, country settings and alerts with your account. External images and links cause requests to the relevant third-party host.

7. Why data are used

Account and requested service data are used to perform the service contract, where this is the applicable legal basis. Optional app usage analytics requires separate consent. Necessary security, abuse prevention and support processing serves service protection and handling requests; legal obligations and legal claims may require separate processing. These purposes must not be treated as blanket permission for advertising. Information required for a selected function must be provided for that function to work; optional fields and optional consent are separate.

8. Recipients and service infrastructure

Google/Firebase services support authentication and the server-based functions. Apple services support device features and enabled iCloud functions. Authorised support staff may access information needed for a support or moderation case; providers receive the booking information relevant to them. Business web security uses Firebase App Check and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise, which can involve browser and device information. Partner websites have their own processing. Service providers may process data outside the EEA; you can request information about the recipients, applicable transfer safeguards and how to obtain a copy at hello@tripelfy.com.

9. Analytics and browser storage

Where your release offers optional Firebase Analytics, it starts only after your separate permission; declining does not prevent core use. It may measure screens, features, foreground use and app-instance/device information. You can withdraw permission in Settings. Withdrawal stops further measurement and resets the local identifier, but does not itself erase information already transmitted. Releases with collection disabled do not start collection merely because this notice exists. The detailed release notice explains the stated 14-month user/event-level retention and the different treatment of aggregate reports.

Presentation pages remember the cookie choice in tripelfy_cookie_consent for up to 180 days. This choice does not grant app analytics permission. Sign-in and Shop can use additional session or browser storage for authentication, country and currency settings. Necessary storage and optional measurement must be distinguished.

10. Retention and deletion

Local data, iCloud data, account data and provider records have separate lifecycles. Signing out does not delete an account. Use the relevant deletion controls or send a request identifying the services concerned. Active account records support the account and selected features; support, security and dispute records may be retained for the necessary handling period or a mandatory legal period. Deletion may involve separate server, backup and provider operations. If business ownership prevents immediate self-service account deletion, you can still submit a privacy request. Ask for the retention criteria applicable to your data; do not assume every copy disappears simultaneously.

11. Community rules and reporting

Unlawful, threatening, harassing, hateful, fraudulent and copyright-infringing content is prohibited, as are deceptive impersonation and unauthorised disclosure of others’ personal data. Report unlawful content in the app or to hello@tripelfy.com with its exact location, reasons, contact details and a good-faith statement that your report is accurate and complete. Do not forward child sexual abuse material; report its location. A report initiates review, not automatic removal. You can ask the same address to review a moderation or account-restriction decision, identifying the decision and your reasons. Statutory remedies remain available.

12. Your rights and complaints

Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing on the relevant legal basis, and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact hello@tripelfy.com; do not send passwords or unsolicited identity documents. Necessary identity checks may be requested. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month; a justified extension must be explained within that period. You may complain to the Hungarian NAIH (naih.hu), another competent supervisory authority, or seek a court remedy.

Send service complaints to the operator’s email or postal address. For a purchase or service performed by a partner, also contact that partner. Statutory consumer and privacy rights remain available; a cancellation rule or a choice of language does not remove them. New paid features require advance information about their price and terms. A revised notice does not replace any separate acceptance or consent required for a new purpose.
